Session 1: Warm-up at 8.30am for a 9.30am start

Session 2: Warm-up at 12.30pm for a 1.30pm start

 

Closing dates: electronic 17th October, Paper: 10th October

 

Ages as of Midnight 7th November 2015

 

The full one day program will include:

Girls 9 & 10 year olds 50m - all events & 100m IM

Boys 9, 10 & 11 year olds 50m - all events & 100m IM

Girls 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and over 100m - all events & 50m Freestyle & 200m IM

Boys 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and over 100m - all events & 50m Freestyle & 200m IM

 

All events are Heat Declares Winners [HDW]

Medals for 1st, 2nd & 3rd, ribons for 4th, 5th & 6th in each age group

 

Awards to Top Junior Girl and Top Junior Boy (12 and under)

Top Senior Girl and Top Senior Boy (13 and over)

 

£5.00 per event

Coaches pass £10 each

All day programme £5 each

INFORMATION FOR COACHES AND TEAM MANAGERS

 

Please inform the Meet Secretary in soon as possible, and in any event by Friday 6th November, midnight, of any withdrawals, to facilitate the pre seeding of heats.

Start sheets for each session may be collected from the Meet Secretary in the First Aid Room at the start of the warm up.

Competitors are to present themselves to the marshals in the marshalling area (changing room ramp) one event prior to their own event, or as directed by the announcer.

Once the competitors have reported to the marshals, they are to remain in the marshalling area until instructed to proceed to the start by the marshals.

All races will start and finish at the deep end of the pool.

The one start rule shall be in force throughout the competition.

Over the top starting on events except for the backstroke.

Coaches are to ensure that swimmers are able to execute a competitive start in 1.8m of water, in a safe manner and to the standards laid down for the ASA Competitive Start Award
