• A Commitment to competitive swimming at both Long Course and Short Course Championship and Open Meets throughout the year.
• Capable of performing swim skills confidently under competition pressure and during sessions.
• Ability to understand race models and strategies to benefit them whilst training and competing.
• Guideline – Regional qualification times used as goals.
